"Portable, but not as easy as I hoped"
I bought this because I wanted something simple to take with me to the gym and work. It does fit in my bag, but it feels a bit bulkier than I thought it would, and the extra parts rattle around more than I like. I also had it leak when it fell sideways, so now I only keep it upright. It is not terrible, but if you are buying it mainly for portability, it can be kind of annoying.

"Arrived Faster Than I Thought"
I’ll admit, I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little unsure about trying this one. But it showed up faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. Still loyal to my usual favorite, but this definitely made a good first impression

"Pretty good, but the lid could be better"
The grip is decent overall, though it does get a little slippery when it is wet. It is easy enough to use, but I do wish the lid felt a bit nicer in my hand. Not bad overall, just a few small things that could be improved.

"I ended up having to return one shaker…"
I ended up having to return one shaker because I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Finding the return info was straightforward, and they got back to me after a couple of days. The refund showed up on my card about a week later, so it wasn’t instant, but it was fine. I do wish the updates came a bit faster, but overall my experience was smooth and I didn’t run into any major issues.

"Pretty easy to shop, but could be smoother"
I found the smartshake site easy to use overall. I could get around the site without much trouble, and the product photos were clear, which helped a lot. Checkout also seemed about as straightforward as you'd expect. That said, the site felt a little slow at times, and a few pages took more clicks than I thought they would. I also wish the filters were better, especially when trying to narrow things down by certain colors or sizes. Not a bad shopping experience, just not the smoothest one

"The Great Shaker Mix-Up"
I ordered two black shakers and somehow ended up with one pink one and another that showed up without a lid, because apparently we’re doing “mystery box” energy now. Support did fix part of the issue, so credit where it’s due, but the whole thing was still annoying.

"Really easy support experience"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed support and they got back to me quickly. They fixed everything without turning it into a big hassle, which I really appreciated. It was all "simple" and better than I expected. I’d definitely order again...

I picked up the smartshake mainly for gym days, and it’s been solid. The size is nice because it holds enough for my shake without feeling like I’m carrying some massive bottle around in my bag. The extra compartments are actually useful too, especially for powder or little extras. I do kind of wish it had just a bit more room sometimes, though part of me wonders if they kept it slightly smaller on purpose so you’d consider buying another size. Either way, I’m still happy with it overall

"Pretty solid shaker??"
This has been a good shaker so far. It doesn’t hang onto that gross smell like my old one did, which is such a relief?? I still give it a quick rinse after I use it, but odor hasn’t been an issue at all

"Mixes good"
I been using this for shakes and it mix good most of the time. If I’m rushing, there was a few tiny clumps, but nothing too bad.

"Good shaker, packaging did the job"
I ordered a shaker from smartshake and it arrived in decent packaging. The box was a little dented, but the shaker inside was totally fine and clean, so no complaints there. It wasn’t anything fancy, just simple packaging that did what it needed to do. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

"Nice site, but a bit cluttered"
The site looks good overall. I liked the colors and the product photos are nice, but some parts felt a little crowded to me. I found myself scrolling around more than I expected just to find what I was looking for. It’s not bad at all, just could be a bit cleaner and easier to navigate, if that makes sense

"Be careful with this bottle"
Just a heads up — the bottle had a weird plastic smell when I opened it, and it made me question whether it’s safe to use. I’m not fully comfortable drinking from it, so I’d be cautious if you’re thinking about buying one...

"Decent shaker for the price"
Overall, it’s a decent shaker and it does the job well enough. It feels fine to use, though I was maybe expecting it to be a little sturdier for the price. Shipping was okay too, nothing especially fast or slow. Not a bad buy, just not quite amazing for me

"Works fine, but the lid could feel sturdier"
The bottle is okay overall. It doesn’t leak as long as I close it tight, but I did have one small drip in my bag once. I don’t know why, maybe I just didn’t twist the lid enough that time. It’s been fine for the gym, but I do wish the lid felt a little more secure.

The bottle works okay overall, but cleaning it is more of a hassle than I expected. The corners and little lid pieces seem to hold onto smells even after I wash them (which is frustrating). I thought it would be easier to keep clean, but it ends up feeling like extra work every time...

"Super handy for gym days!!"
I mainly got my Smartshake for the storage compartments, and they’ve been so useful!! I can keep my protein, vitamins, and even a few small snacks all in one bottle, which makes it way harder to forget stuff when I’m heading to the gym. The lids close really well too, and nothing has spilled in my bag so far. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes my routine so much easier!!
